Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after the returned package is received. Once the return has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent.

We reserve the right to cancel future orders from customers who have made returns within six months of their most recent purchase.

If a device is returned while multiple orders are still within an eligible return window, the refund will be issued at the lowest price paid among those eligible devices. If all open orders are returned, a full refund will be provided.

All returned devices are processed as refunds. The cost of severe damage will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.

Used mounts do not need to be returned.
